If anything it’ll be below 100 due to altitude. For example salt water for making pasta boils still at approx 100 deg. C. It takes quite a lot of salt (way more than you would ever want to consume) to meaningfully raise the boiling point.
You must be at altitude. That definitely makes a difference for the boiling point, but of course water freezes at 0. Impurities that you’ll encounter in tap water, for example, will not have a large effect on freezing point.
Even if it was different by a few degrees, how does that make the scale any less intuitive?
I don’t know what high school you went to, but we sure as shit didn’t cover stuff like partial differential equations and functional analysis.
Not at all. People (engineers?) seem to forget that experimental physicists exist
What of experimental physicists?

Not using Debian because gnome seems silly to me. Why not just install plasma if that’s what you want?
Finland’s recent closing of the eastern border had nothing to do with homeless flocking to available housing, and everything to do with attempts at destabilization by Russia. Do not use this as ammunition for your arguments, as they come from an obvious place of ignorance.
Finland’s housing first policy has been in place for over 15 years. You talk about it as if it just started. A country can not only manage just fine with these policies, but can thrive.
What do you imagine these “strict regulations” would be? I live in public housing right now and it’s fantastic. It’s also significantly more democratically run than private housing because it’s mandated to be that way. I also like knowing that nobody is profiting off of my need to live somewhere.
My point is that you’re being dismissive of very reasonable concerns that are supported by published scientific literature. Further, rather than address those concerns directly, you chose to deflect with condescension and belittlement.
So no, I’m not going to trust you, because the only thing that you’ve done to prove your point is be an ass.
It’s funny, because your own ignorance is showing. There’s plenty of research to suggest that iron fertilization is controversial, which directly contradicts your (very condescending) assertion.
You are being very pretentious.
I don’t see the problem
I remember looking this up some time ago, and I read that doing so may violate the terms you agreed to when purchasing the ticket. They will probably fine you, or at least attempt to, if you don’t pull it off.
Well you did write tong before and not tongs which is what was being asked. It should still be plural, even without the “pair of” bit.
See top comment.
Poached and hard boiled eggs vary by more than just their cook time. These names are much less about chemical processes and more about differences in technique. See other comments in this thread.
In my country the cap is at 12 km I think. So within that distance from work no one gets compensation. Beyond that distance, everyone can get compensation. Motorcycle, car, and train get the same per km compensation, and bike/moped/scooter get a slightly lower ammount. If you have to travel over 60 km (one way) the per km ammount goes up.
Compensation is normally in the form of a tax deduction, but some companies have their own compensation schemes where they pay you for travel. If you get paid this way there’s no tax.
What if I want to use my absolute freedom to oppress someone else? What if I use my absolute freedom to build a structure that blocks the view of the mountains from my neighbors, who love the view? Who’s freedom should get oppressed to solve that?
Honest question, not trying to be a contrarian.
