Thanks! I haven’t made sorbet before, do you just throw those ingredients in the ice cream maker?
I don’t actually like pears, but I presume other fruit works just as well.

Hmm, I think perhaps I need to look up a sorbet recipe for ice cream makers, I doubt it would work quite the same as that.
