Yup. Been banned since 2019. But in 2022, stricter measurements had to be taken in order to prosecute the breeders. In happier news, the university of Wageningen livestock research center started a project on breeding guidelines. Its aim is to perserve and improve the health of dog breeds. Working together with dog owner unions. Think instnces that train dogs for sports for example.
