    I sought help in Michigan after I first moved here and ended up going to this mental health place provided by the state. They had a policy that if you missed one appointment, they threw out your case file and you had to start from scratch. I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar, anxiety disorder, and ADD. So that went about as good as you could imagine.

        Why do they even have such a shitty policy? What benefit would it have? Bully people into coming in?

        Policies made by people thinking neurodivergent just need the right incentive to be “normal”.

        “Have you tried hard enough to be normal?” – The people who set up that system probably.
