I have yet to see a list of references of isekai MCs getting killed off, so let’s get the ball rolling.
1. Rikuto Saitou
The anime did not portray this scene as well as the novel did, but I believe he is based on the MC of Isekai Nonbiri Nouka, or any other series where the MC starts a chill, farming life in another world.
spoiler
I like the quip from Aoi, the sage who killed him, in the novel: why is it that they always have a harem of elf girls?
2. Eglacia
I am guessing he is based on the MC of Let’s Manage the Tower, based on the title alone.
In addition, his tower is based on a Hunter x Hunter license exam
The previous ones have all been too generic (transferred to another world, gained some superpowers, create a harem) IMO, so I guess we can ignore them.

3. Masaki Kazuno
He (and his harem) is based on Arifureta

Thanks for the help @zabadoh@ani.social
The group in the arena are supposed to be from Arifureta.
Also the whole tower is a ripoff of a Hunter x Hunter license exam.
Ooh thanks
