I don’t count loosing the game via a random meme. It misses the intent, to loose one must think of the game on their own. If you loose whenever someone randomly shouts all about it trying to force people to loose - thats just lame.
This one was subtle enough I’m counting it. Took me thirty seconds of not understanding the joke before suddenly realizing I lost
it has been YEARS since I last lost the game. Fucking birds.
Fucking hell, it’s been a while, but probably not that long for me
lol you sneaky fucker
You MONSTER!!!
Definitely a meme about science
Good science isn’t just in a lab. Birdwatchers are some of the biggest contributors to citizen science. :) If you would like to get involved with observing the world around you in a meaningful way for scientists (rewilding and conservation) and for the common good, download iNaturalist (phone app) and check out: https://www.citizenscience.gov/ Things like eBird and iNaturalist have been pretty revolutionary data collection and modelling and any and all data is valuable and will be used.
This has nothing to do with birdwatching. It’s just a recycled, ever-tired “the game” meme.
Everything is science if you stretch the definition lol
This has become a catch-all meme community imo
That’s the thing. Everything IS science. I’m here to get people talking about it.
The Game is big time science. Pretty sure that the inventor won 4 Nobel prizes for it.
I don’t get
You just lost the game.
Dang
Omg. I lost The Game.
I haven’t lost The Game by thinking about The Game in at least 5 years.
OP is a diabolical genius.
Well fuck that bird. Still, I only lost a couple of weeks’ progress that time.
Why is everything vibrating?
Idk but it’s unsettling.
We’d be dead at 0°K
You can’t just write “degrees kelvin” in a science community and expect a pedant not to come up, you know?
Sometimes I like to do a little trolling.
Industrial strength anthropic principle
God, “the game” generation is rapidly approaching the bird watching age.
Goddamnit, now I have to find all the people that I haven’t spoken to in over a decade and let them know I lost that game. Thanks, I really appreciate it.
