They can’t it is in the name. Same reason Australia and Japan can’t join. Even if we wanted them to.
The name could always be reformed to more accurately describe the alliance, Like World Ocean Treaty Organization or WOTO.

Only listened to the first few minutes so far but yet another Russian guy “committing suicide” out of a window and then getting found by an agent who just happened to walk his dog is absolutely hilarious.
Just offer them some food. They may be a little skittish at first, but eventually they’ll be eating out of the palm of your hand.
