Same here. Saw Horsegirl last week and Chat Pile next week. Under $25 per show. There are still plenty of good and cheap shows but people these days need a whole day’s experience so they can flex on social media, rather than what a concert is supposed to be.
Gimme Puscifer in a shitty historic theatre any day and I’m happy. Last show I saw was Metric and it was awesome. You barely even get shafted on the booze price, mostly the lack of quality.
