      No, he’s not a Republican. He’s a Democrat. We need to be able to call a spade a spade without getting into knots to “other” it or reclassify it to fit a preconceived narrative. Democrats are just as capable of corruption as Republicans.

        It is just a different kind of corruption. No one expects the county Republican party to hand out free turkeys for Thanksgiving.

      How is he a Republican exactly? Can you explain? Because the article says he’s a democrat- and any info on him agrees with this.
