Also, a lot of the machine vision systems I’ve run up against use red light, but it is kind of complex. If they want to detect say blood, I think blue light would actually give better contrast for detection.
Don’t leave us hanging… You got them cool crab facts?
I can’t believe I haven’t seen that yet.
I have to agree. I am not a fan of Pelosi, but she was effective (so long as what she was doing was makingbthr right people money).
I really don’t get why she is running again though. Guess she wants to keep getting that juicy inside info for her stock portfolio.
If you dig into the links in the article, there is one study finding data entry workers in India worked only 87% as hard as their in office counterparts, however, the studies authors are quick to point out living conditions and management styles are significantly different there than in the US. There is also a study in the US which found that approximately 40% of time saved by not commuting went to additional work. Guess which study is brought up in more articles by FORTUNE?
Yes but that can be adjusted. The factory can provide what you need. The design is the limiting factor here. Flat panels are simply bad design.
Insurance company are subject to regulations. They are lots of different regulations for different types of insurance and different states. The goals are to ensure that they are able to pay out when things go wrong, and to ensure a fair consumer practice. Generally all of the premiums they collect are supposed to be payed out and a large percent of the money is supposed to be held in reserve. They are supposed to be making money on investing the premiums.
It’s not about them winning the bet that they won’t have to pay. If they won that bet too much, it would be reflected in too high premiums, and competitors would just under cut them.
I used to be near a place like that in college. I could eat 2 or 3 meals from them. And it was good. They did Chinese food and donuts. Stoners paradise.
Depleted Uranium ammo was not a thing until the 40’s. Not long enough to have a historical basis for banning civilians from owning them.
The original concit was peanuts and chickpeas, not hummus, are similar. Hummus has garlic and sesame seed puree added. Individually I know those things have sweet analogues, halawa and garlic icecream respectively.
Chickpeas have many used in sweet cooking

Those of us who live in California should support AB-938, it increases teacher pay
I’d be very careful about that.
Protest is a political act. Trespassing is a crime. Should someone be sentenced to years in prison for protesting if they step off the sidewalk and onto private property?
You could limit it to violence, but again… There is a lot of potential for abuse.
LOL, this was great. Im a big guy who wears shorts cause I like the cold, and I have to ask, what other answer do yall expect to the stupid question of “aren’t you cold?” or “how are you not cold?”
If they can’t squeeze every last ounce of life out of you, they aren’t getting what they pay for.
I’m a manager now, probably not a very good one. We have more work than there is time for. It’s obvious who is producing what. For us, there are some things you have to be in the office for, but there is PLENTY that can be done from home.
Yeah. Why the hell not? I’m on well water and a septic system so water gets recycled back into the water table.
I will throw away the sandwich baggies if there was food that started to rot in them, but the freezer ones get rinsed out.
That is the plot of the Will Smith version of I, Robot.
If I remember correctly, it’s actually Daneel who comes up with the zeroth law. And it’s not to justify killing people.
