Also Minecraft is a good example of why his argument is shit as that started off at a low price and increased as it became more complete

I bailed because the YTM algorithm is terrible compared to when it was Google music. It had got progressively worse and I really realised how bad it was when I subbed to Deezer for a trial. If they hadn’t trashed Google music by integrating it into YouTube I’d still be paying for premium if it came with both. Can’t imagine I’ll ever pay for it again now.
My preferred fictional outcome is Putin orders a full launch, but almost all the missiles just do a small fart in their tubes as no maintenance was done, and the ones that launch end up reaching escape velocity and disappearing because the people in charge of the silos had long since sold the payloads for yacht money…
Oh so is this 22 like the rolling release Vs that? I should just look it up but I made both these comments on the toilet and hate web browsing on mobile 😄
Did I blink and miss something… Mint actually looks pretty modern compared to how I remember the release notes, kernel 6.8… I’ve never bothered with it as it just seemed like a distro to run on old hardware if you don’t mind your core being 2 years out of date, where Debian v.xx with kde just made more sense
Interesting…
Lol was pretty much my first thought.
Some people thought the same about Amazon, providing them a huge marketplace to sell on… Then Amazon cloned the products which sold well and undercut to force those sellers out of business before hiking the prices back up again.
I would have interpreted that as ‘prolapse’
Good thing no one is expecting me to provide translations
It has been very good & stable over the last few years. I switched because kbuntus ancient kernel caused me issues so I needed something more current, and its worked ever since so I never looked elsewhere. Running Linux isn’t a hobby for me, these are my work systems, so I don’t hop without a push.
Edit: I’ve just rolled out fedora 40 and plasma 6 is running great
Been running KDE on fedora for the last 6 years after giving up on everything Ubuntu based back then. Haven’t thought to look elsewhere since as its been just fine
Of my messages and contact numbers? Not doing that
But its easy to find, just click the 3 bars next to the connected device and select SMS messages. KDE connect requires the app installed on the device to pair
KDE connect made communicating with the couple people I know who still use SMS bearable
Who doesn’t have an edm cutting machine and a metal sintering 3d printer in the cupboard under the stairs?
I’m sure you can get both in a bundle on wish for 14.99
Most ‘gaming’ chairs are trash material covering shipping foam - garbage.
There are exceptions though. A couple years ago I bought the least gaming looking full leather seat from noble, same foam as good car seats, leather very good, and got it on sale for a silly price. 2 years later it still looks the same as day 1 and the foam hasn’t started to deform yet, I work in it all day.
All my back pain from previous shit chairs was gone in a week too. After that I’d have been happy to pay double.
As in most markets, there are always diamonds in the rough, the hardest part is just identifying them.
Same for flux when doing smd work. If you need to flood an area, the cheap shit will just cost you time and cleaning
That’s a shame, are you talking about a fair phone? I was not aware there could be versioning issues, I thought the hardware was unchanged per model.
You unlock during the e os install but it makes you relock after. Not aware of any additional security issues using this process
Google services are not installed by default but you can install the play store and other google apps from the built in app store if you need them. The only thing I am lacking from stock is google pay because I haven’t installed any google services but I’m fine with that trade off.
The built-in anti tracking and privacy features a very nice
Yeah, how would suing something that can’t feel pain help you get it up…
Sure it’s nice to hear and all but I wrote them off a long time ago and this does nothing to make up for terrible ethics.
