can you actually shut the fuck up right now. women and minorities have there lives on the line and all y’all can talk about is this. if kamala wins we can protest her stance. if trump wins and we protest his stance he’s already said he’ll deploy the national guard. y’all are so smug about ruining your chances of helping these people

Maybe you shouldn’t have supported genocide.

Never again means never again for anyone. Remember what you sold your soul for and try to redeem it.

Nobody’s “souls” matter anymore. The world is completely fucked and our physical bodies are going to be going through the ringer very soon. I hope you’re on the right side of the people who can now do whatever they want with absolutely no guardrails. Otherwise you’re about to REALLY experience solidarity.

Is trump going to do anything different though?

Former President Donald Trump declared Tuesday that Israel must “finish the problem” in its war against Hamas

If the above is true, I don’t know why anyone would bring his up. It’s like choosing between two seats on a bus. One has broken glass on it, the other has broken glass and is on fire.

Given that the policy is already maximalist, he cannot do worse. This is what liberals have tolerated for over a year.

They are both on fire, but one is honest about it. Maybe you will actually oppose genocide now that the orange man will be in charge.

If Trump wins because enough of you idiots couldn’t hold your nose and vote then the blood of those Palestinians is on your hands. You don’t get to absolve yourself because you chose not to participate in democracy.

You aren’t opposed to genocide because you couldn’t be assed to do the smallest thing to mitigate it.

How do you know they support genocide? A lot of american voters are voting against Trump, not for this year’s insincere Wall Street spokeperson.

On the other hand, I know someone that should feel guilty about the fate of Palestinians starting January…

The IDF thanks you for your service!

Because of the tenor of their comment clearly shows a tolerance for it via an investment in a genocide candidate.

Straight up fantasising death of innocents because your candidate lost. Obama, biden all of these guys were saints that maintained peace and never hurt any innocents.

Trump is gonna triple-down on the Palestinian genocide and pull all support from Ukraine and probably pull out of NATO to let Putin do whatever he wants to Europe.

He’s also promised violence against Americans who oppose him.

The Biden-Harris regime already tripled down on the genocide as much as is possible.

Re: Ukraine, forcing a diplomatic resolution is by far the best option for the Ukrainian people and any realistic person’s expectations of outcomes. Let’s hope they are no longer the pawns of American maximalist foreign policy.

Re: NATO, the best possible timeline is one where it ends as soon as possible.

Re: violence against Americans guess what we’re already there if you do anything worthwhile politically.

You’re replying to a lemmy.ml user, they almost certainly think pulling out of NATO and allowing Putin to continue his genocide in Ukraine is a good thing.
