As long as the alternatives keep getting tastier and cheaper, I’m all in. I’m glad it worked out for you, but I didn’t have the same experience when I tried removing meat from my diet. I’ve been able to find substitutes and recipes to eat way less meat, but I still get that need if I haven’t had any for a while.
