Have we though? We still vote for them and populate the business rooms with them…
…my theory is different. I think this is evolutionary back to competition with similar species.

Back 4 million years the whole world really was a planet of the apes. So in some ways recognising something that wasn’t your species, but looked like it might have avoided conflict, loss of territory, loss of food…
Control of information is the real power.
Look at every dictatorship. Look at extremism. Look at wife beaters ffs. If someone is trying to DDOS the Internet Archive then someone is trying to mess with the free flow of information.
“Just off for a shiit, mate!”
Does it grow in shiit? 😅
I remember being on a wilderness weekend many years ago and being told that when you cut the stem on some poisonous shrooms they discolour a sort of blue tint. I’m lucky, I hate the taste and texture of mushrooms.
We’ve been making these Dune time machine jokes since Back to the Future.
I find that context is everything… so it depends where they were eating it from.
The Netherlands does have access for those things. Its the petrolheads who make up that they dont. Otherwise we’d see their cities failing. And there are cargo bikes for many things. My Cousin’s partner rides one thats like a mini boxvan, half electric with a solar panel on the top.
Can confirm. Built a mini Van de Graaff as a kid.
Bet Walt had the writer sacked for that.
See this with brands now too. People who think YTers have sold out post a rant. One guy yesterday ranted at the guy about endorsing a “scam” about a product that actually worked. Doesnt have to just be science now, it can be anything objective. Anything that actually works. People are scared of trusting any due process.
Jolene! Jolene! Dont you steal my ham. …it hasnt been temperature tested, mam!
I’ve watched neighbours cats take out song birds in our garden several times. They’re usually too well fed to actually eat them so just “play” the bird gets injured/has a heart attack and dies from that. Something like 1 in 10 homes has a cat on average in the UK. The better fed/kept they are the better they hunt.
I pointed this out to people who complain constantly about wind turbines. “Ban windows!” They love that.
I’ve got 4 bikes… ahem… …yeah used to ride to the shops, to work. Havent really done it for 4 years due to some stuff that happened.
TBH its a 15 minute walk to the main Lidl, or a 4 minute one the other way to the nearest corner shop down here. Cant do a full shop on foot (I could steal the trolley for a bit, LOL) but eggs is doable here.
Yes. I’d like to pay 50quid for some eggs please, Mr Cornershopman. 😂
Changing policy is actually pretty easy. Sure there are probably laws and regulations that need to be taken into account, but employing the right people to look into it can save huge amounts off their budget after only a few months. To me it shows poor leadership at the top that they dont.
…GoOgLe is YoUr fRiENd…
