Any alternatives for iOS?

Is there really any logical reason why one voter should be allowed to block the entire process like that? The whole filibuster concept is the strangest part of US politics to me.

I think Flowers For Algernon by Daniel Keyes fits the bill. Not too long and has punched everybody I’ve recommended it to in the guts.

Maybe there is some big banana that wants to make our banana opening lives impractical?

We have both kinds in playgrounds around my house here in Norway. My kids like both, but the ones from the OP is vastly preferred. They get a lot more Gs in the one with the bars.

What data format is easy to read if it fills more than the entire screen?

The band Vulfpeck made a silent album named sleepify and asked their fans to stream it while not listening to other music. Made enough money to fund a tour. Spotify change their terms because of it i believe.

I hate working from home with a passion! I got really depressed during covid lockdowns. My productivity fell to near zero. I had to have a talk with my employer and got a permit to work from the office. I see that it is practical every now and then and suffer through it if I have an errant that has do be done during the day.

Why is that?

I might be based coming from Norway where we have a very well regulated system with unions on both sides of the table. But I don’t see our unions as something easily corruptable at all.

If it is an actual reference it is either incredibly obscure or I have missed something and would like to know what it references.

Either way I know what to listen to the next couple of days.

Why?

My first games were Alley Cat and Paratrooper. We also had Leisure Suit Larry. I was navigating in dos at age three to start them. I didn’t know how to read or write and I didn’t know English was a language I was later going to learn from games and cartoons yet. I played Larry more and more as I grew up, but I never really understood any of the raunchy stuff until many years later.

In general? Off the top of my head I remember these male to male cables.

• telephone cables when they were a thing
• audio cables of different varieties
• optical cables
• coaxial cables when they were a thing

It is also an adjustable, external retina that allows you to let just enough light through, apparently.

I hope you are in a better place now. I don’t think that policy would be legal here in Norway.
